Bahrain Film Festival Celebrates the Art of Filmmaking

Manama, Bahrain – The third edition of the Bahrain Film Festival has commenced at Seefmall Cinemas, with the theme of ‘Celebrating the Art of Filmmaking’ running until the 9th of this month. Dr. Ramzan bin Abdullah Annuaimi, the Finance Minister of the Bahrain Cinema Club, inaugurated the festival.

The festival is proudly sponsored by Bion and the National Bank of Bahrain, aiming to identify young talent in the state and put Bahrain on the world map of cinema. Speaking at the inauguration, the Minister of State for Culture emphasized the significance of preserving the state’s cultural identity, historical knowledge, and heritage, while also encouraging the production of successful films.

The festival saw the presence of esteemed individuals, including media activists, artists, and film stars from GCC and Arab states.
