TOKİ Housing Lottery Results 2026: Check Winners for 500,000 Homes

TOKİ Housing Lottery Results: Winners Determined in Bilecik, Draws Continue Across Türkiye

The Housing Administration of Türkiye (TOKİ) continues its large-scale housing project aimed at providing affordable homes to citizens, particularly those with lower incomes. Recent draws have determined the initial winners of 1,419 housing units in Bilecik, bringing many closer to homeownership. The broader initiative plans to construct a total of 500,000 housing units across all 81 provinces of Türkiye.

The Bilecik housing lottery, part of the “Century Housing Project,” was held on February 10, 2026, at the Bilecik University Closed Sports Hall, commencing at 11:00 AM. The draw was conducted in the presence of a notary public and broadcast live on TOKİ’s official YouTube channel, attracting significant public interest.

According to a report from NewsDirectory3.com, the draw represents a significant step towards fulfilling the housing aspirations of low-income citizens. TOKİ aims to address the country’s housing shortage by offering accessible housing options.

Citizens who applied for the housing lottery can now check the results through TOKİ’s official website and the e-Government Gateway, using their Turkish Republic Identity (T.C. Kimlik) numbers. The process is designed to be straightforward and accessible for all applicants.

For those who were not selected in the lottery, TOKİ has implemented a streamlined refund process. Application fees will be returned within five business days of the draw date, either through the bank branch where the application was submitted or via ATM. This measure aims to minimize inconvenience for unsuccessful applicants.

TOKİ has announced that individuals identified as housing lottery winners will be contacted by their respective banks to sign contracts. Installment payments are scheduled to begin the month following the contract signing, facilitating a swift transition to homeownership.

The ongoing TOKİ housing lottery draws are part of a phased schedule spanning from December 29, 2025, to February 27, 2026, covering various provinces across Türkiye. Recent results for Ordu province were announced on January 30, 2026, with the draw held at the Ordu Teachers’ House Atatürk Cultural Center and also broadcast live on YouTube.

The Ordu draw allocated 3,334 housing units, distributed across several districts: 1,500 in the Center, 76 in Aybastı, 39 in Çamaş, 77 in Çatalpınar, 31 in Çaybaşı, 750 in Fatsa, 100 in Gölköy, 50 in Gülyalı, 52 in Gürgentepe, 79 in Kabadüz, 80 in Korgan, and 500 in Ünye.

As of February 13, 2026, TOKİ has completed draws in 50 provinces, determining the winners of 177,000 housing units. The organization anticipates completing the process in 57 provinces this week. Official housing deliveries are slated to begin in March 2027.

TOKİ, a state-owned administration, plays a crucial role in addressing Türkiye’s housing needs. The organization’s efforts are particularly focused on providing affordable housing options for citizens with limited financial resources, as highlighted in reports from world-today-journal.com.
