For the⁤ film, Cruise fearlessly leaped from a helicopter 16 times, each time strapped⁣ to a parachute that had been soaked in fuel and set ablaze. After a few seconds,⁢ he detached the burning parachute and⁤ deployed‍ a⁢ backup,⁣ ensuring a safe landing.
