Man kidnapped and Tortured in Montluçon; Four Indicted in Aggravated Assault Case

The victim was transported to a hospital in Clermont-Ferrand. His condition remains life-threatening, according to the Cusset public prosecutor.
An investigation into the aggravated assault and torture case led to four indictments. A 26-year-old woman faces charges of complicity in torture, failure to assist a person in danger, aggravated theft, and narcotics use.
