Tottenham vs Team K League ticket sales Sold out in 25 minutes with stable server operation

[골닷컴] Reporter Dong-Hoon Kang = Tickets for the first round of the Coupang Play series, the match between Tottenham Hotspur and Team K League, sold out in 25 minutes. There were concerns about server runaway as it received a lot of attention from fans, but it ended smoothly with stable server operation.

Tim Twelve, who is in charge of publicity for Coupang sports sector, said on the 17th, “The tickets for the first game of Coupang Play series between Tottenham and Team K League were sold out in 25 minutes. However, all seat tickets were sold due to stable server operation.”

The Coupang Play series was designed to provide an opportunity to communicate with domestic fans by inviting Tottenham Hotspur to Korea. Tottenham Hotspur, led by coach Antonio Conte (52, Italy), is one of the most popular overseas soccer teams in Korea, with Son Heung-min (29) and Jo So-hyun (33), who are loved by the people.

The match between Tottenham Hotspur and Team K-League will be held at the Seoul World Cup Stadium at 8 pm on the 13th of next month. Prior to this, ticket reservations were made, and despite the large number of simultaneous users, the reservation proceeded without any major setback due to Coupang’s stable server operation and sold out.

Tottenham will face Team K League, and three days later, at the Suwon World Cup Stadium, the second leg of the Coupang Play Series will be played against Sevilla, a traditional Spanish La Liga powerhouse. Reservation of tickets for the second round will start at 3 pm on the 19th through the Coupang Play app and website.

On the other hand, all matches of the Coupang Play series are broadcast live digitally through Coupang Play in Korea. Coupang Play plans to provide a variety of events around the stadium for soccer fans who come to watch the match as well as live broadcast of all matches.
