TQMalpha wins ASEAN CG Scorecard 2021
Emphasizes being an organization with good corporate governance in the ASEAN region.
TQMalpha or TQM Alpha Public Company Limited received the “ASEAN CG Scorecard” award for the year 2021, as it is a Thai listed company with an average assessment score in ASEAN of 97.50 points or higher, in the ASEAN Asset Class PLCs TQMalpha category in One of 76 Thai listed companies receiving the award Which is the country that received the most awards in ASEAN out of 234 companies in the announcement of the ASEAN CG Scorecard 2021 (ACGS) good corporate governance It supported by the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
CG’s ASEAN Scorecard is a project initiated by the ACMF in 2012 with the support of the SEC in ASEAN to assess the corporate governance of listed companies in 6 ASEAN countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Based on the top 100 of market prices on 31 May (verified every two years), the national assessment uses criteria developed from the five OECD criteria, evaluating publicly available information for listed companies. And there is a peer review process for other countries to ensure that each country has consistent assessment standards For the ASEAN CG Scorecard 2021, it will be assessed from the disclosure of implementation data for the year 2020. The IOD has been considered by the SEC Office as Expert CG and Assessment Organization on behalf of Thailand (Domestic Ranking Body)
