A devastating incident occurred in a supermarket workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong, mainland China, resulting in the tragic death of a young child. According to staff at the supermarket, the affected areas have been closed off in response to the incident.
Reports from Jimu News indicate that a child fell into a bread mixer in the workshop at Damai Supermarket in Qishi Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. Disturbingly, onlookers witnessed the incident, while medical personnel and police responded to the scene to provide assistance.
As per an eyewitness account from a social media post, the child was initially seen being held in someone’s arms before inexplicably falling into the bread mixer. The eyewitness expressed concern for the child’s well-being and ultimately deleted the video from their feed.
Tragically, a member of the emergency department staff at a nearby hospital revealed that the child did not survive the incident. The identity of the child has not been disclosed.
The supermarket staff have confirmed the closure of relevant areas in response to the incident and have refrained from providing further details.
