Driver Involved in Fatal Accident Had Previous Record of Killing a Female Passenger

The judgment noted that the driver, named Xi, drove the Xue passenger transport at 9:40 on February 9, 2018, passing through an unsignalized intersection, failing to pay attention to the situation in front of the vehicle, and driving at a speed of 60 or 70 kilometers per hour.

Ms. Chen suffered head, neck, chest injuries, intracranial and thoracic bleeding, and cervical vertebrae fractures as a result of the car accident.
