Despite looming strike actions, the CEO of SNCF travelers assured that rail service would remain as normal as possible. In an interview wiht AFP on Sunday, May 4, Christophe Fanichet stated that TGV circulation would be normal from Monday, May 5, through Thursday, May 8.
