Hunter’s signing concludes the contract negotiations for the Jaguars’ top draft pick. He was the last of the top 10 selections to finalize his deal. Shemar Stewart, a Cincinnati edge rusher (17th pick), and Jahdae Barron, a Denver cornerback (20th pick), are the remaining unsigned first-rounders.
