While we await a permanent fix for this issue, there is a temporary workaround that users can try. By taking your Windows 10/11 PC or Xbox Series X | S offline before starting the Dolby Access app, you can bypass the loading screen and successfully launch the app’s home screen. Once inside the app, you can perform any necessary operations and then reconnect to the internet.

If this approach doesn’t work initially, it is advised to attempt it multiple times until a successful outcome is achieved.

It is important to note that currently, it is necessary to go offline every time you wish to use Dolby Access. We are eagerly anticipating a resolution to this bug and hope for a future update that rectifies this inconvenience.
