Turkey, Algeria Explore Ways to Boost Bilateral Ties and Trade

Turkey and Algeria are actively pursuing stronger bilateral ties, with a focus on increasing trade and cooperation in various sectors.Deputy Foreign Minister Burhanettin Duran recently visited Algeria to discuss these opportunities, according to the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
During Duran’s visit to Algiers, discussions encompassed political and regional issues of mutual interest. Duran met with Algerian Foreign Ministry Secretary General Lounes Magramane and was received by Algerian Foreign minister Ahmad Attaf. The meetings centered on identifying additional steps to enhance regional cooperation and strengthen bilateral ties between the two Mediterranean nations.
