Twinkling Nights and Sizzling Bites: Starlight Night Market Returns to Tsim Sha Tsui with a Delicious Twist
Block Party By The Sea: A Vibrant Celebration of Food, Art, and Culture in Tsim Sha Tsui
Last year’s Star Night Market in Tsim Sha Tsui was a huge success, attracting a large crowd with its unique offerings, including the popular four siomai for 20 yuan. This year, the Avenue of Stars Management (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. is hosting the “Block Party By The Sea”, transforming the area into a seaside art and culture venue.
The event promises to be an exciting celebration of “colorful day and night” food and activity experiences, showcasing creative specialties, local handicrafts, art programs, and limited-time cultural workshops. The goal is to provide a unique experience for local and international tourists while promoting Hong Kong’s inclusive culture and innovative spirit.
One of the main attractions of the market is its many food stalls, featuring creative local delicacies. Many famous brands have returned with “enhanced” experiences, including Spice Shop, which is offering its signature siomai with homemade chili oil, as well as new products like large tom yum abalone and tuna floss scone.
Mochi Bird, a local sweet shop famous for its mochi slices, is also participating in the festival. Its mochi products have gained a large following, with sales of 5,000 boxes per month. During the festival, Mochi Bird will be offering its Mid-Autumn Festival-exclusive “Full Moon Mochi Balls” and fresh milk sliced mochi, as well as a new product, the brown sugar “Tofu Flower Mochi”.

The Bathtub, a new participant in the market, combines the strong flavor of coffee with various alcoholic beverages to create innovative drinks and snacks. Some of its offerings include Hong Kong whiskey and aromatic single-origin brandy coffee, as well as “bubble bath-shaped cocktails” and fragrant Earl Grey tea horn waffles.

DiGreen, a famous ice cream shop in Macau, is also participating in the festival, offering unique flavors like Vita Lemon Tea and coriander ice cream.
