Twinless Film & Stormcloud Beer Pairing | Frankfort, KY – Feb 21

Frankfort’s Garden Theater to Host ‘Twinless’ Screening with Stormcloud Brewing Beer Pairing

Frankfort, MI – The Garden Theater in Frankfort will host a screening of the comedy/drama “Twinless” this Saturday, February 21st, at 4:00 PM, as part of the ongoing Dark & Stormcloudy Film & Beer Series. The series pairs award-winning films with small-batch dark beers crafted specifically for each movie by Stormcloud Brewing Company.

“Twinless,” released in 2025, follows the story of two young men who connect in a twin support group and forge an unexpected friendship. The film explores themes of identity and belonging as Roman and Dennis navigate their lives without their twin siblings. According to a synopsis provided by Stormcloud Brewing, the relationship is complicated when Roman meets Dennis’ co-worker, Marcie, leading to revelations that threaten to unravel their bond.

Complementing the film, Stormcloud Brewing has created One Twin Double IPA, a black double IPA, specifically to pair with “Twinless.” The brewery describes the series as a way to enhance the movie-going experience through carefully selected beer pairings.

Tickets for the screening are $10 each and include a $5 coupon redeemable at Stormcloud Brewing. The Dark & Stormcloudy Film & Beer Series is a three-month event, offering film enthusiasts and craft beer lovers a unique experience.

The Garden Theater is located at 301 Main Street in Frankfort, Michigan. More information about the event and ticket purchases can be found at https://gardentheater.org/comingsoon and https://www.stormcloudbrewing.com/events/dark-stormcloudy-film-series-twinless.

This isn’t the only event happening in the region this week. The Glen Arbor Arts Center is hosting several exhibitions, including “Interiors Exhibition” and “Small Accomplishments by Harvey Gordon,” both opening on Thursday, February 19th. Other art exhibitions are planned at the Oliver Art Center and the Crooked Tree Arts Center in Petoskey.

The Dark & Stormcloudy Film & Beer Series also includes screenings on Thursdays at 7:00 PM. The series aims to provide a curated experience, combining the art of filmmaking with the craft of brewing. The Garden Theater previously announced “Last Stop in Yuma County” as a future selection, with showtimes scheduled for March 12th and 14th.
