TKO Group holdings are expanding their footprint in Las Vegas, as UFC leadership outlines plans for a hotel and a collaborative WWE space on remaining undeveloped property. According to an interview with the Las Vegas Review Journal, UFC senior executive vice president and chief operating officer Lawrence Epstein detailed the upcoming campus additions following the establishment of the promotion’s corporate headquarters, Performance Institute, and Meta Apex facilities in the city.
UFC currently retains 35 acres of land around its campus available for new commercial projects. Epstein noted that corporate planners are actively designing a master blueprint for the space, which will house multiple entertainment ventures.
We’re currently in the process of developing a master plan for this facility, which will include hopefully a lot of things, including … a hotel, expansion with our TKO partner WWE, maybe additional collaborations with other sports and entertainment organizations here in Las Vegas.

TKO Group Collaboration and Venue Expansion
The proposed integration brings sister company WWE directly into the Las Vegas operational hub alongside UFC. The sports entertainment giant recently staged WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, marking the second year in a row the promotion hosted its biggest event in the city.
While WWE maintains its primary corporate headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, and runs a secondary operational base in Orlando, Florida, due to its Performance Center, the new TKO partnership project introduces a West Coast touchpoint for the brand.

UFC has steadily built out its physical presence in the city through state-of-the-art training and broadcasting hubs. Company executives have not yet released a finalized construction timeline or specific opening dates for the hotel and WWE expansion projects. Master planning remains ongoing as officials evaluate potential partnerships with other sports and entertainment entities operating in the region.
