UK Weather Alert: Met Office Predicts Unsettling Conditions to Hit Tomorrow, But Temperatures to Remain Steady

The General Authority on Meteorology has published a weather forecast for tomorrow, Friday, November 1, 2024, warning of unstable weather conditions in the north of the country, including northern Egypt, the Red Sea, and the Sinai mountain range. This unstable situation is expected to continue for a week, starting tomorrow, with a noticeable drop in rainfall intensity and temperature.

The Meteorology Department revealed that cold weather will prevail during the night and early morning, and hot during the day, up to Greater Cairo, and hot in South Sinai and the south of the country.
According to the weather forecast, water fog will form in the morning on some roads in the northern part of the country and as far as northern Egypt, with strong wind activity continuing.
Precipitation
Weather maps observed the possibility of rain of varying intensity and thunderstorms in Matrouh Governorate, its desert hinterland and the Red Sea coast from Ras Banus to Ras Hadaraba, which could be light and scattered in Alexandria, North Sinai and St Catherine.
Important Advice for Citizens
The meteorologist urged citizens not to touch windows, doors and metal that could conduct electricity, stay away from power poles, and not stand under trees or billboards due to the possibility of downdrafts from lightning.
He also mentioned the need not to watch or photograph lightning using mobile phones.
