DB Insurance Wins 2024 National Quality Innovation Competition for 8th Consecutive Year
DB Insurance announced on September 10 that it had won the 2024 National Quality Innovation Competition for the 8th consecutive year.
The competition, co-hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy’s National Institute of Standards and Technology, Gyeonggi Province, and Suwon City and organized by the Korea Standards Association, was held from August 26 to 30.
DB Insurance won a gold award in the Free Format category, Big Data/AI category, and Service category, and a silver award in the Office Indirect category, ESG category, and Research Performance category.
The company’s systems, such as the ‘Activity Welcome Team’, which uses AI big data analysis for the appointment of insurance planners, the ‘Immediate Dispatch’ team, which determines the traffic accident fault ratio using black box footage, and the ‘Continuous P All Touch~!’ system, which shortens the accident reporting time using digital technology, were highly evaluated.
