Three-Day Weekend Reflections and a Tonkatsu Matsunoya Discovery

I really wish we had a three-day weekend every week. 
If you have three days off, you can play and rest – I feel like I can do it!
But nowadays, compared to the past, you can make your own time. How you spend your time on weekdays will change the way you spend your weekends.

Tonkatsu Matsunoya Discovery
By the way, have you tried Tonkatsu Matsunoya, a sister store of Matsuya beef bowl restaurant? It’s a tonkatsu specialty restaurant.
I’ve been there a few times in the past, and my son loved it. I’m sure it was the rice – I think refills were free. 
Apparently, new rice is also free to refill. Amazing!
The most popular items at Matsunoya are Carrot dressing. What is that? I had no idea, but I learned about it from a YouTube request.
When I looked into it, I found that there are quite a few fans of the dressing. So, I went to Matsunoya and found that the carrot dressing is stored in a bottle on the table. I wonder if it’s on sale?
It was on sale! You can buy either 1 bag or 10 bags – don’t hesitate to buy 10 bags! It was only 300 yen.
I thought it was cheap! At convenience stores, individually packaged dressings are about 30 yen 
.
So, I tried to reproduce the dressing. I put it in a Celia bottle. 
It’s very similar to Matsunoya’s dressing. When you smell the real thing, it looks just like something – what is it? It’s Chianti dressing!
The taste is different, though. The smell is almost the same.
