“Alien Ressurection” is a game based on the movie “Alien 4”.

The genre of the game is FPS and the content is basically a recreation of the original movie.

The key to the trick discovered this time is to use a piece of cardboard to press the eject sensor button, allowing you to play with the PlayStation lid open.

When “Alien Ressurection” begins and the top menu appears, open the options menu and press “○, left, right, ○, up, R2”.

So, an item called “CHEAT MENU” has been added to the options menu.

This cheat menu allows you to select levels and sections, infinite ammo mode, infinite health mode, no chest pack mode, etc. This is a pretty common trick.

Next, in the options menu, enter “Left, Up, Right, Down, Right, Up, Left, □, △, □, △, L1” and hold down just the last L1.

In that state, select section 1 of step 6 and press the ✕ button while entering L1. The screen will go black and the disc will stop spinning.

While holding the L1 button, replace the game disc with the previously prepared “CD-R with a copy of another game”. Then, while holding L1, press □ and △ at the same time, then release all buttons.

Then, the CD-R started loading and the copied game started working.

In fact, this trick was amazing and allowed you to run games from different regions and illegal copies without modifying the system. This feature is said to have been originally installed for development testing.
