US, UK Announce New Aid for Ukraine
U.S. Secretary of State Blinken and British Foreign Secretary Lamy, who are visiting the Ukrainian capital of Kiev, announced a new aid plan for Ukraine on the 11th. The United States and Britain will provide Ukraine with more than US$700 million and £600 million in aid respectively.

Lamy said at a joint press conference that Britain will provide Ukraine with aid worth more than 600 million pounds for emergency humanitarian assistance, energy system restoration, maintaining social stability and providing loan guarantees to Ukraine at the World Bank.
According to local media reports, Blinken and Lamy arrived in Kiev at the same time earlier in the day for a visit and held a meeting with Ukrainian President Zelensky.
