For pre-order products, the release date is listed in the product details. Products without a release date are expected to be in stock soon, and the expected stock date is listed before the product name. Products in stock that can be shipped the same day are marked with the product name [입고 완료].
- How do I pay?
Payment is possible through various methods such as credit card, mobile phone, simple payment, and bank transfer. When making a deposit without a bankbook, please note that the depositor name and amount entered on the order form must be the same for automatic deposit processing.
- What is the deposit?
Most figures are operated on a reservation basis. You pay a certain amount of the initial product up front, and then you can pay the remaining balance after the product is released and stock is determined. Of course, you can also pay the full amount up front. We will notify you of the balance payment via SMS. If you refuse to receive the text message, the balance payment text message will not be sent, so please make sure to receive it.
Shipping and Delivery
- What about shipping and delivery costs?
For products in stock, orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays are processed for shipment. Products are not shipped on Saturdays or public holidays. We will ship pre-order items as quickly as possible as they become available. Shipping costs are free for one order when the purchase is over 70,000 won, and a shipping fee of 3,000 won is charged for purchases under 70,000 won. For reserved products, if you pay a deposit for a product under 70,000 won, the shipping fee will be charged when paying the balance.
Returns and Refunds
- How do I cancel an order and get a refund?
You can apply for a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. However, cancellation is not possible if the product is opened or damaged. If you cancel your order due to a simple change of mind, you will be responsible for paying the round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 won. Refunds will be processed via the payment method you used, and if the cancellation period has ended, the fee will be deducted and the refund will be deposited into your account.
Defective Products and After-Sales Service
- What about defective products, exchanges, and after-sales service?
Due to the nature of the collectibles, if there is a defect, they cannot be exchanged for a new product, and partial processing such as part exchange is the basic after-sales service method. Determination of product defects is handled by the customer center. AS can only be processed if it is received within 7 days of receiving the product. For A/S, the product must be fully inspected and received at once for smooth processing. If received in installments, shipping costs may be charged.
Please understand that discounted items cannot be returned for after-sales service, exchanged, or refunded due to reasons such as defective product, painting errors, damaged packaging, or simple change of mind. Scratches, paint chips, design structures, etc. that occur during the manufacturing process are not eligible for A/S, but broken parts, missing parts, and molding defects that are clearly visible upon opening or appearance are eligible for A/S.
Personal Information Changes

When changing personal information such as the delivery address and phone number, the order form contents will not be changed simply by changing the customer’s personal information. If you wish to change your personal information, you must request a change to the delivery address listed on the order form through 1:1 chat or the bulletin board. The buyer is responsible for any issues that arise from returning to a previous delivery address without requesting it from the customer service center or from not receiving notice of the balance payment.
