To ensure the smooth progress of events in which members participate, Yaksa Gongron collects and uses personal information within the minimum scope as follows. Members may not consent to providing information, and if they do not, participation in the event may be restricted.

Agreement to Collection and Use of Personal Information

I agree to the collection and use of my personal information by Yaksa Gongron as described below in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

Details of Personal Information Collection

• Collector: Korean Pharmaceutical Association Pharmacist Publication
• Purpose of Collection: To ensure smooth progress of the event, consultation, and complaint handling
• Collected Items: Name, pharmacy name, license number, mobile phone number
• Retention and Use Period: Destroyed when the event ends
• Notice of Disadvantages in Case of Non-Agreement: If you do not agree, you cannot apply for the event.
