Dog’s Voice Captivates Viewers with Unexpected Turn of Events
The 10th episode of KBS 2TV’s Wednesday-Thursday drama “Dog’s Voice” tells the story of the most confusing murder case in history, and the process by which Lee Seung-jae and Sophie work together to catch the real culprit.
The Mysterious Murder Case
Lee Ki-dong visits a surfing shop and discovers the dead body of the building’s owner, Yang Gyu-min. Noh Soo-bong, who had been at loggerheads with his landlord over the issue of contract renewal, is suspected of being the murderer. However, he strongly denied the charges, saying, “I just got drunk and went to the store and slept. I don’t remember anything at all.”
While inspecting the scene, Sophie notices the same smell coming from the dead Yang Gyu-min’s hands and the hands of Kwak Man-se, a fellow worker at the surf shop. Sophie brings Lee Seung-jae to the crime scene and points at Kwak Man-se, saying, “He’s the culprit.” However, he was quickly released because he had a perfect alibi for the time of the incident.
The Unexpected Twist
Kwak Man-se has an identical twin brother Robin who was separated a long time ago and grew up in another country. The two played two roles to confuse the police. The brothers had lived for 35 years without knowing of each other’s existence, but they met by chance and got along well as a family.
When Kwak Man-se killed Yang Gyu-min after an argument, Robin discovered this and took control of the scene in his place, and made a plan like this. the two brothers who tried to flee were arrested at the airport, and the incident ended.
An Emotional Episode
Lee Seung-jae, Kim Young-gun, Ye Soo-jung, Im Chaem, and Song Ok-sook, the five seniors, hear about the death of their former colleague Baek Won-man. However, they soon discover that the funeral was a prank by Baek Won Man, and they all enjoy the party-like atmosphere by singing and dancing.
A few days later, the seniors receive unexpected sad news. Baek Won Man really died. He planned a fake funeral in order to have a good time with his colleagues before he died, and finally fulfilled his wish and closed his eyes.
