Kolon Industries FnC Division Sponsors 2024 Ulju Trail Nine Peaks

Kolon Industries FnC Division (Kolon FnC) has successfully sponsored the 2024 Ulju Trail Nine Peaks (UTNP), a four-day event held in Ulju from the 24th to the 27th.

The competition, which received 6 points certification from the International Trail Running Association (ITRA), was recognized as one of the most difficult trail running events.

Kolon Sports has been actively involved in the trail running market since signing an MOU with Ulju-gun last year. This year, the company introduced shoes and clothing specifically designed for trail running. The event also hosted the 1st Asia-Pacific Trail Running Championship, attracting approximately 3,000 participants and laying the groundwork for an international competition. The event saw fierce competition with 400 foreign players registered from 38 countries worldwide.

As part of its sponsorship, Kolon Sports provided fleece jackets to around 300 staff members and offered clothing and hats to 2,000 finishers. A booth was also set up during the competition, attracting over 1,000 visitors who were introduced to new products and participated in various programs designed to provide trail running experiences.
