Zipconomy Expo 2024: Financial Counseling for Soldiers and Their Families

As part of the Zipconomy Expo 2024, Industrial Bank of Korea will be providing financial counseling services specifically designed for soldiers and their families. The bank aims to help military personnel who have struggled to invest in real estate due to frequent relocations, stabilize their housing and build assets.

One-on-One Counseling Services

On the first day of the expo, one-on-one counseling services will be available to military officers and their families. The counseling sessions will be divided into three categories:

• Real estate advisory services, provided by IBK VIP real estate consulting staff
• Personal loan counseling
• Financial planning consultations, conducted by professional instructors from the financial and economic education content platform ‘Salaried Rich’

Comprehensive Consulting Program

On the second day of the expo, a comprehensive consulting program will be led by three professional lecturers, including Lieutenant Colonel Noh Young-ho, head of the Housing Support Division of the Army Capital Corps. Lieutenant Colonel Noh will deliver a lecture on ‘Customized real estate investment strategies for smart soldiers.’

Financial Product Packages for Military Personnel

Industrial Bank of Korea offers financial product packages specifically designed for military personnel and their families. A preferential program based on military experience is scheduled to launch in November.
