I added lotus root to this recipe.
Add the lotus roots from the beginning.

Add lotus root slices and cook through the lid over medium heat.
When steam comes out, reduce the heat to very low and cook for 10 minutes.
Open the lid and turn the chicken wings over.
Add 1 cup of ponzu sauce and water on top.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and wait for 10-15 minutes.
