I added lotus root to this recipe.
Add the lotus roots from the beginning.

Even though the only seasoning is salt, the flavor of the chicken and vegetables comes out.
Both lotus roots and tomatoes will be very delicious.

This is a recipe I have made many times,

On top of chicken wings grilled with olive oil on the skin.
Add lotus root slices and cook through the lid over medium heat.
When steam comes out, reduce the heat to very low and cook for 10 minutes.

Open the lid and turn the chicken wings over.
Add 1 cup of ponzu sauce and water on top.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and wait for 10-15 minutes.
Once simmered, it’s complete~

I added boiled eggs and boiled broccoli at the end.
