What is Vayupak Fund?
The Vayupak Fund is an open-end fund that offers two types of investment units: Type A and Type B. Type A investment units are available for general investors, including retail investors, while Type B investment units are reserved for the Ministry of Finance and government investors.
Objectives of Vayupak Mutual Fund 1
- Manage state-held securities to maximize benefits and create sustainable, long-term, and stable returns.
- Invest in businesses that are necessary and beneficial to the country economically and need promotion from the government.
- Promote and support the development of the country’s capital market and increase savings and investment options for the people.
Investment Policy
- The fund will invest mainly in stocks listed on the stock exchange, focusing on companies with good fundamentals, long-term stability, and sustainability.
- The fund will also invest in companies that have received SET ESG Ratings at level AA or higher.
Dividend Payment Rate
- Type A unit holders will receive dividends at least twice a year, with a fixed rate of 3.0% per annum and a maximum compensation rate of 9.0% per annum.

Conditions for Subscription
Retail investors who can subscribe must be a natural person of Thai nationality, aged 20 and over, and subscribe for at least 1,000 units or 10,000 baht, in increments of 100 units or 1,000 baht.
Allotment of Investment Units
The allotment of investment units will be done using the Small Lot First method, where all subscribers will have the same opportunity to obtain investment units.
Investors can choose to receive the investment units into their own securities account or deposit them with the registrar in the securities issuer’s account (Account 600).
