2024 Graduate Academic Scholarship Evaluation Notice
Degree programs and all postgraduate students, according to the relevant provisions of the “Notice on Issuance of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Ministry of Veterans Affairs, Central Military Commission and Ministry of National Defense Mobilization”, “Notice on Issuance of the Chongqing Student Aid Fund Management Measures by Chongqing Finance Bureau and Other 5 Departments”, “Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences Graduate Academic Scholarship Implementation Measures”, and “Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences 2024 Graduate Academic Scholarship Evaluation Plan”, in order to encourage graduate students to study hard, improve their innovation ability, and develop comprehensively, it is decided to carry out the 2024 graduate academic scholarship evaluation work.
Participants
Our full-time graduate students of the classes of 2023 and 2024.
Quota Allocation and Award Criteria
The allocation of 2023 graduate student academic scholarships is as follows:

The scholarship award for postgraduate students is RMB 10,000 per student per academic year for the first prize, RMB 8,000 per student per academic year for the second prize, and RMB 5,000 per student per academic year for the third prize.
Review Procedure
1. Preliminary evaluation by the secondary college of the degree program: The postgraduate academic scholarship evaluation committee of the secondary college of the degree program shall formulate the implementation rules for the postgraduate academic scholarship evaluation of the degree program and organize the evaluation, review the relevant information of the applicants, produce a preliminary review list, and publicize it in the secondary college for 5 working days.
2. Review by the Graduate School: The Graduate School reviews the recommendation list and related materials of each degree program’s secondary colleges and submits them to the school’s Graduate Academic Scholarship Review Leadership Group.
3. School review and school-level announcement: The school’s postgraduate academic scholarship review leadership group holds a meeting to review the list of candidates. After the review is passed, the list will be announced to the whole school for 5 working days.
Submission of Materials
The secondary colleges of degree programs should submit the following materials to the Graduate School before September 26:
1. Implementation Rules for the Evaluation of Academic Scholarships for Degree-Based Graduate Students (both paper and electronic versions with seal);
2. A list of recommended award-winning students (both in paper and electronic versions with stamp);
3. Supporting materials for the evaluation results of postgraduate academic scholarships (paper version).
