DAISHI started doing fitness after appearing on YOSHIKI’s program and was inspired by his stoic appearance. He continued to train and eventually became obsessed with fitness.
DAISHI decided to open his own gym, MIRO, where he could train and help others build their bodies. He found it challenging to balance his music activities and running a gym, but it helped him during the coronavirus pandemic.

DAISHI is the vocalist of Psycho le Cému and operates MIRO gym. He was born in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture, and made his major debut with Nippon Crown in 2002.
DAISHI was selected as one of the “100 Japanese people the world respects” in Newsweek Japan Edition (October 20, 2004 issue). He continues to contribute to improving the lives of his clients through fitness and music.
