The inspection results concluded that the walls and floor of the mineral sludge landfill had cracks at regular intervals, so orders were given to speed up the repairs. Be stable and strong To avoid leakage into the external environment. and inspected the 20 meter wide, 220 meter long and 25 meter high mineral storage building, which will be used as a holding building during the landfill repair work.

It was found that it was able to adequately support the amount of mineral sludge that would be transported from Samut Sakhon, Chonburi and Bangkok provinces, in order to build confidence in the people of the area. A sample from the Health Promotion Hospital subdistrict and a sample of surface water from a pond in front of the factory were not found to be contaminated with cadmium. And soil samples both inside and outside the factory area had cadmium values ​​no higher than the specified standard.
