Eligibility
- Applicants must be in grades 9-12 or the equivalent.
- At least one parent must be an alumnus or have worked at the University of Science and Technology.
- Applicants must be recommended by at least one member.

- Personal facts
- A personal statement, no more than 500 words
- Recent high school transcripts and SAT transcripts (if available)
- A summary of honors and awards, a brief overview of participating student association positions, extracurricular activities, community service, and volunteer work experience.
