A tip from a sharp-eyed neighbor brought an end to a massive manhunt in rural Sibley County, MN. Wendy Thomas, 43, was driving near Green Isle around 8 p.m. Sunday when she spotted a mud-covered man dressed in black.The location is about an hour southwest of Minneapolis.
Recognizing the individual as her neighbor, 57-year-old Vance Boelter, Thomas instantly alerted authorities. Boelter is the suspect in a politically motivated shooting that injured two state legislators and their spouses earlier that day in their Twin Cities homes.
