Last October 15, at the request of the 600k Network, the Management Group with VZLA, the Secretariat for the Strengthening of Democracy of the OAS and its Electoral Cooperation and Observation Department (DECO), we learned directly about the technical report prepared by the opposition regarding the results elections July 28.
This technical exercise is very relevant, because it allows us to analyze relevant data on the records that show the colossal electoral fraud concocted by the Maduro regime to ignore the popular will expressed in the polls.
Various institutions and organizations that defend the legitimacy of Venezuela attended this event at the invitation of the 600K Network, as well as representatives of several OAS member states convened by the 600K Network itself.
In the midst of a general environment of repression and systematic threats to the opposition, it is worth highlighting the ability of this group to organize and mobilise, as the collection of this information poses a significant risk to their security and integrity personal.
This technical event is a practical demonstration of the strength of the principles and values of the Inter-American Democratic Charter, which are shared by the member states.
The report received is tremendous. This group, which included electoral technicians, political parties, non-governmental organizations and the academic world, described the operation of the network which made it possible to obtain, transfer and distribute the tally sheets issued by the CNE’s voting machines. himself
The information published on the internet is based on original documents. The evidence is irreversible, the records shown, printed on CNE security paper, contain a self-contained QR code which, when read by any mobile device, displays the chain of values corresponding to the votes printed on the record itself, the proof is uncontested.
The results released confirm that Edmundo González won with 67.08% of the votes. These results were confirmed with four rapid counts with different samples giving the same results. Although the total opposition equals 83.5% of the minutes counted, Edmundo González’s victory is irreversible.
Furthermore, the figures in Maduro’s CNE Bulletin No. 1 were ridiculously falsified: the possibility that the distribution of votes exactly matches the percentages he announced (closed to four decimal places) would have a probability of 1 in 10 million. They are approximate figures.
At the same event, Gerardo de Icaza, director of DECO, presented the report, previously presented by the Secretary General of the OAS to the Organization’s Permanent Council.
BALANCE
The defense of democracy in Venezuela is an undeniable issue. As the Secretary General of the OAS, Luis Almagro, has pointed out, democracy requires effort, dedication and constant work. Despite the challenges, no one should give up in the fight to regain democracy in Venezuela.
The action of the international community is essential to obtain justice and reparation for its victims; the only possible way is to continue to defend freedom and democracy in Venezuela.
With the available data, it is impossible to claim that Nicolás Maduro succeeded in the last presidential elections. The decisions of the institutions of the dictatorship are fake and have no technical support. This is shown by the records compiled by the opposition in Venezuela.
The views are personal.
They do not represent the position of the OAS
