Atlanta rapper Playboi Carti has a new romance in his life: Gio, also known as Giovanna Ramos. The Brazilian model, based in Atlanta, has been building her profile since 2019 and boasts over 1 million Instagram followers.
Gio’s connection to hip-hop began before her link to Carti. She initially caught the eye of many as the cover star for Lil Yachty‘s 2023 single,”Slide.” After moving to Atlanta that same year, Gio and Yachty became friends, and she also appeared in the song’s music video.

Adding fuel to the fire, Summer Walker referred to Gio as Carti’s wife on her Instagram Story after Carti contributed to her album.
