Why is China not feeding Elon Musk’s “Peking Duck” at a reception in Beijing but serving the “Cauliflower Stalk” menu? (with clip)

Tesla CEO Elon Musk visited Beijing this week for the first time in three years. In addition to the talks with Foreign Minister Qin Gang, who promised that China would increase its openness to foreign investment in order to calm the confidence of foreign investors which has decreased a lot recently.
