Supreme Committee explains World Cup preparations to ambassadors; About 60 delegates, including from India, attended

Doha: The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy has reaffirmed the support of diplomatic representatives of various countries in Qatar as it prepares to host the World Cup. The latest information on the preparations for the tournament, which runs from November 21 to December 18, was presented to the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy diplomatic representatives at the event. The event, chaired by Supreme Committee Secretary General Hassan Al Tawadi, was attended by ambassadors and diplomats from more than 60 countries, including India. “Since the first day of winning the right to host the World Cup, we have all had the opportunity to work together for the success of the World Cup and the whole world, including those from your own countries, will be part of this World Cup,” Hassan al-Tawadi said at the opening ceremony.
