MANILA – As the Philippines commemorates the ninth anniversary of the 2016 Arbitral Award, Leyte 1st District Rep. Ferdinand Martin Romualdez is calling for continued national unity in asserting the country’s sovereign rights in the West Philippine Sea. The arbitral ruling,delivered on July 12,2016,decisively rejected China’s sweeping “nine-dash line” claim.
