On November 23, 2024, President Xi Jinping returned to Beijing by special plane. He had attended the 31st APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting and the 19th G20 Summit. He also conducted state visits to Peru and Brazil.
Cai Qi, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, and Foreign Minister Wang Yi, accompanied him on the return flight. They were part of his entourage.
Before his flight, Xi Jinping made a technical stop in Casablanca, Morocco. At the airport, Moroccan Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch and others were present to see him off.
