Xiamen Tourism Development Conference was held: 12 major cultural tourism projects were signed with a total investment of 20.47 billion yuan

The Xiamen Tourism Development Conference held on the morning of the 5th also held a signing ceremony for major cultural tourism projects. Two strategic cooperation projects and 10 industrial investment projects were signed and implemented, with a total investment of 20.47 billion yuan.

The on-site signings were conducted in two batches. 12 industrial investment projects and strategic cooperation projects were signed, including the China Green Development Bingzhou Island high-end cultural tourism project, the Southeast China Animation Valley project, and the Huoshaoyu Marine Science Theme Park project.

As one of the few cities in the country where white dolphins can be seen in urban waters, Xiamen has established a rescue and breeding base for Chinese white dolphins on Huoshao Island, the largest island in the western sea. The marine science theme park project signed this time is located on Huoshao Island. It will use marine life as the theme to create a 27,000-square-meter comprehensive cultural tourism project integrating tourism, viewing, science popularization, and conferences.

The China Southeast Animation Valley project signed this time is a joint cooperation between Fujian Radio and Television Network Group Xiamen Fusion Media Technology Co., Ltd. and China Animation Group. Through the introduction of China Animation Group’s industrial IP, it will build the Southeast Operation Center of the National Animation and Game Comprehensive Service Platform, the National Animation Creative R&D Center Southeast Base, etc.
