Yankees on the Rise: But Are Their Fans the Most Toxic in Baseball

In the Major League World Series, the New York Yankees won for the first time after three consecutive losses.
However, there was an unsightly scene that became more of a hot topic than the game itself.
This is reporter Park Jae-woong.

Today too, we started with Freeman.
With the first two-run gun, he hit a home run in 4 consecutive games of this series and set a new record for home runs in 6 consecutive games of the World Series starting in 2021.
But in the bottom of the first inning, something unexpected happened.
Dodgers right fielder Betts caught a foul ball, but ended up dropping the ball after arguing with the crowd.
Looking again, the situation was more serious than I thought.
While Betts had already caught the ball perfectly, the spectator in front of him tried to pull the ball out of Betts’ glove, and the spectator next to him even twisted Betts’ wrist.
The umpire immediately ruled the game out, and the offending Yankees fans were booed and ejected from the spot.
Despite the rare crowd, the Yankees’ batting lineup exploded, including Volpi’s grand slam in the third inning, keeping alive the faint hope of a come-from-behind victory.
