Yellow Alert for Storms

The yellow alert for storms applies to the following areas:

  • South of Corrientes: Early morning and afternoon
  • Misiones: Early morning and afternoon
  • North of Santa Fe: From early morning to afternoon
  • Center and South of Chaco: Early morning
  • East of Formosa: Early morning and afternoon
  • West of San Luis: Afternoon
  • East of Mendoza: Afternoon

These regions can expect strong storms with heavy rainfall in short bursts, frequent lightning, possible hail, and intense wind gusts.

Yellow Alert for Winds

A yellow alert for winds is in effect for:

  • Southeast Chubut
  • Northeast Santa Cruz

These areas may experience winds from the north at speeds between 50 and 70 km/h, with gusts reaching up to 90 km/h.

Yellow Alert for Zonda Winds

A yellow alert for zonda winds is in place for the low areas of Malargüe, Mendoza. Wind speeds may range from 25 to 30 km/h with gusts exceeding 55 km/h. This condition can decrease visibility, cause a sudden rise in temperature, and lead to very low humidity levels.
