Kim Eui-gyeom’s ‘Cheongdam-dong drinking party’ Han Dong-hoon sued 1 billion lawsuits… Kim “Keep your mouth shut with money”
Justice Minister Han Dong-hoon sued Democratic Party lawmaker Kim Eui-gyeom, The Exploration officials, and informants for defamation, which raised suspicion about the so-called ‘Cheongdam-dong drinking party’.
They also filed a claim for damages of 1 billion won.
In response, Representative Kim issued a statement and protested, saying, “Not only criminal punishment, but also that I will close my mouth with money.”
Rep. Kim previously argued in the National Assembly Judiciary Committee last October that Minister Han had a late-night drinking party in Cheongdam-dong with President Yoon Seok-yeol and Kim & Chang lawyers in July this year.
However, the person who tipped off the informant told police it was a “lie” in the first place.
