The national team faced a variable in which defender Lim Seon-ju was replaced with an injury in 11 minutes.

The national team, which had struggled with Taiwan’s dense defense, succeeded in changing the atmosphere with Lee Min-ah.

Lee Min-ah, who showed agile movements in the midfield and forward, took the lead in the 35th minute by changing the direction of Seul-gi Jang’s pass.

The national team bounced back three minutes later. Chae-rim Kang, who has a long break-through, digs into the center and connects Choi Yu-ri’s pass to an additional goal.

With the players’ momentum rising, Lee Min-ah, the protagonist of the first goal, received the spotlight once again.

He beat the defense with a flash of skill and accurately scored a key goal.

In the fourth minute of the second half, ace So-yeon Ji left the field with an injury, but did not waver, and Ko Min-jeong scored a header goal just before the end of the game to secure the victory by four goals.

Although they challenged to win the East Asian Cup for the first time in 17 years, the national team, which lost 1-2 to Japan and a 1-1 draw with China, was crowned with a huge victory in the last match.

“I think that it is a process of continuing to wear the football that the coach (Bell) asks for and talks about, and if only the coach follows, we expect to achieve good results in the World Cup.”

While the national team succeeded in discovering various attack routes through Lee Min-ah, Kang Chae-rim, and Ko Min-jeong through this tournament, they confirmed the problem of concentration deterioration in the second half of the match against the strong Japan and China.

After confirming both achievements and tasks, the national team will gather again during the A Match period and begin another quenching session to prepare for next year’s World Cup.
