Fixed rate ‘secured conversion loan’ of 3.7% received from 15th

From the 15th, commercial banks such as Kookmin and Shinhan will apply for a secured conversion loan that converts a variable rate mortgage loan into a long-term fixed rate of at least 3.7% per annum.

The loan interest rate is 3.8% per annum for a 10-year maturity and 4% for a 30-year maturity, and 3.7% to 3.9% per annum for low-income youth.

Single-family home owners with a married couple’s combined income of 70 million or less and a house price of 400 million won or less can apply, and can apply for a loan of up to 250 million won within the current loan balance.
