The prosecutor’s office ‘Terra Luna’ core Shin Hyun-seong requests an arrest warrant again

An arrest warrant has been requested again for former Chai Corporation CEO Shin Hyun-seong, who is considered one of the key figures in the downfall of Terra and Luna along with Kwon Do-hyeong, CEO of Terraform Labs.

The Seoul South District Prosecutor’s Office announced today (27th) that it is requesting an arrest warrant for former CEO Shin on charges of violating the Capital Markets Act, fraud under the Special Police Act, and breach of trust.

Prosecutors said that in re-applying for the warrant, charges of fraudulent investment in financial investment products and breach of trust in business had been added, which had not previously been included.

Previously, in December last year, the prosecution requested a first arrest warrant against former CEO Shin, but it was dismissed by the court.
