Chosun.com reported on the 27th that the 3rd Department of the Daegu Family Court recently dismissed the lawsuit for damages filed by Agglyri against Mr. A and ruled that the plaintiff should also bear the costs of the lawsuit. The judgment was upheld without any appeal from Agglyi’s side. Ah-gul-ri and Seo Joo-won married in November 2018 and divorced by mutual consent in October 2022.
Afterwards, A-gul-ri filed a lawsuit for damages against Mr. A, claiming that the reason for the divorce was Seo Do-won’s infidelity.
On the other hand, Seo Joo-won said through the YouTube channel ‘Detective Caracula’, “From my point of view, the family broke up on March 3,” and denied that she met someone of the opposite sex when discussing the division of property already on the premise of divorce. The court ruled in favor of Seo Joo-won. According to a Chosun.com report, the court noted, “The plaintiff sent an agreement to Seo Joo-win through a lawyer in March 2022, detailing the specific method of property division on the premise of divorce.”
Although the two people were not yet divorced, it was difficult to see that the married life, which is the essence of marriage, was actually maintained. The court ruled, “The evidence presented by the plaintiff alone is not sufficient to recognize that the marital relationship between the plaintiff and Mr. Seo has broken down due to Mr. Seo’s actions.
