Zamalek is approaching Mostafa Ashraf, the German Borussia Mönchengladbach player

Mostafa Ashraf, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Germany, came close to moving to Zamalek, this January, after it was agreed with the player and his club to move to Al-Abyad during the current winter transfer period, as part of the White Castle management’s plan to strengthen the team’s ranks with young and distinguished elements.

The past few hours witnessed intense negotiations on the part of Zamalek to include the player, and the negotiations between White Castle officials and their counterparts in Monchengladbach witnessed the approval of the player’s transfer to the White Team, and it remains to agree on the method of paying the financial compensation for the deal from Zamalek to the German team.

The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) officially lifted the suspension of registration against Zamalek, after the name of Zamalek was deleted from the list of Egyptian clubs subject to the sanctions of suspension of registration.

The crisis of stopping the registration prevented Zamalek from concluding any deal during the last period, and after the name of Zamalek was removed, it became entitled to include players during the current winter Mercato.
