The president of Ukraine, Volodimir Zelenskiannounced this Saturday (16.08.2025) that he will meet with his American couple, Donald Trump, next Monday in Washington to address the war in Ukraine, after the meeting between the US president and the leader of the Russian regime, Vladimir Putin. Zelenski and Trump conversed this same day by “the main points” of the Alaska Summit.
“On Monday I will meet with President Trump in Washington, DC, to discuss all the details to end the killings and war,” Zelenski said through an X (Twitter) publication. “I appreciate the invitation. It is important that Europeans participate in each stage to provide reliable security guarantees, together with the United States,” he continued.
