Ukraine has carried out massive drone attacks on targets in Crimea over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Monday.
The Russian Defense Ministry added that there were no casualties or other damage, saying that six drones were shot down by air defense networks and four were neutralized by electronic warfare.
Crimea was forcibly annexed by Russia in 2014.
Ukraine professes to regain this place through this war.
Yesterday the Russian Defense Ministry also said it had shot down 15 Ukrainian drones in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of eastern Ukraine.
The day before, a drone attack was attempted in Kolomna, about 110 km south-east of Moscow.
In addition, an unidentified object was detected in the sky above St. Petersburg airport, and airport operations were temporarily suspended.
Russian President Putin has ordered border security and counterintelligence to be strengthened in this regard.
