Ecash is the newly rebranded name of Bitcoin ABC BCHA. In other words, the existing technical form and ecosystem of Bitcoin ABC is the same, but only the name and monetary unit have changed.
Bitcoin Cash ABC is the origin of Bitcoin. Bitcoin was hard forked in 2017 and split into Bitcoin Cash.
Then, in November of last year, Bitcoin Cash was divided into Bitcoin Cash Node (BCHN) and Bitcoin Cash ABC due to a hard fork.
Bitcoin Cash ABC is a virtual asset that is hard forked for a solution that builds apps on top of Bitcoin Cash and can scale to the maximum outside the payment scope.
